HDSY
HDSY (Heavy Duty Synchro) press brakes are applied for heavy duty bending applications, requiring high tonnages and/or long bending lengths. These press brakes are p.e. required to bend thick plates of High Tensile materials, requiring several hundreds of tons bending force per meter bending length. HDSY press brakes feature a rigid frame structure combined with advanced synchro technology to allow high precision leveling and depth setting of the bending beam. Such, in combination with CNC controlled Anti-Deflection Table solutions, a consistent and precise bending angle is guaranteed over the full length. Precise positioning of the workpiece is obtained by means of a wide selection of rigid CNC controlled back gauge configurations.
Shearing

GSX
The hydraulic guillotine shears of the GSX range are driven by top mounted cylinders. Our long experience in the production of hydraulic guillotine shears guarantees a product of exceptional design and great efficiency. The fully open rear side provides the operator the possibility of easy removal or adapting different conveying systems to the machine. The all-welded interlocked construction makes the machine virtually indestructible. The GSX shears are well equipped and have as standard the SC101 T controller. The SC101 T fits all requirements for sheet cutting operations that require the highest accuracy and minimum time-loss. Creating a program requires only a few actions. The program parameters include: back gauge position, cutting time, sheet thickness, blade angle & blade gap setting. The blade gap adjustment is done electrohydraulically.
TS(X)
The TS/TSX series shears remain the pacesetters in the price/quality ratio market of today. With thousands of units running day after day all over the world, we are convinced of the durability and craftmanship of these machines. All our TS shears are equipped with power rake angle adjustment from the SP9 control panel and quick blade gap adjustment. Our quick blade gap adjustment – model TS – is located conveniently in front of the machine. Adjustment ranges from 0,05 mm blade gap for thin sheet thicknesses and progressively increases for heavier thicknesses up to the maximum shear capacity. Automatic blade gap adjustment -model TSX – in function of the material thickness by means of 2 hydraulic cylinders.
The SP9 – model TS – is very easy to operate with entry fields for back gauge position, cutting angle and cutting length.

HSLX HD
The HSLX-HD models are designed and manufactured according to a Heavy-Duty construction and are divided into two series. HSLX-HD series 1 with cutting lengths 5020 and 6020 mm and cutting capacities from 6 to 16 mm. HSLX-HD series 2 with cutting lengths from 2020 to 6020 mm and cutting capacities from 20 – 25 – 32 mm. In addition, specific models are available in 6200 to 8020 mm cutting lengths.
