Band Saws

Double Miter Series

These are some of the smallest saws HYDMECH offers, but they offer the same big, tough performance as our larger saws. The DM-10, DM-12, and DM1318P are all double miter saws.

The DM-10 and DM-12 feature a mitering capability of up to 60º left and 45º right, while the DM-1318P swings up to 60º degrees in both directions. The DM Saws are good, general purpose medium duty machines for cutting solids or tubing in stainless steel, aluminum, copper, brass, and wide range of other alloys. These saws are typically found in fabrication shops, trailer manufacturers, and handrail manufacturers.

Horizontal Pivot Band Saws

These saws were industry’s first-ever to incorporate swing-head capability – an innovation that has taken the industry by storm! These are versatile, miter-cutting, scissors style machines designed for multiple medium duty applications at oil refineries and machine shops, fabrication shops, trailer manufacturers, automotive shops, and more. Saw models are available in manual, semi-automatic, and fully-automatic models, with the mitering capability up to 60º. Semi-automatic and automatic S-20 models feature environmentally-friendly “On-Demand” hydraulics and the S-20A model features a very accurate and quick material indexing ball screw.

Get unmatched, heavy-duty mitering done easily with HYDMECH’s M Series Horizontal Pivot Band Saws. These are fully hydraulic, heavy-duty scissor-style machines that withstand the high demands of machine and fabrication shops, trailer and automotive manufacturers, and more to easily cut tubing, channels, angles, solids, light to medium grade alloys, as well as non-ferrous and stainless materials. The M-Series has powered, hydraulic saw heads for mitering with just the simple push of a button! The powered head movement has an optimum range of up to 60º as well as indexing from 33” to 120” in a single stroke. M-Series machines are available in semi-automatic and fully-automatic models with cutting capacities of up to 30″. Models in this series have a Programmable Miter option.

Horizontal Band Saws

Designed for multi-shift, high-production environments, HYDMECH H-Series saws are horizontal, guillotine saws that deliver big straight cuts – up to 80” – fast. The H-Series is available in semi-automatic and fully-automatic modes of operation with cutting capacities up to 80”

The H-Series saws are tough machines, designed to handle the demands of fabricators, steel service centres, machine shops, forging and die shops, and metal service centres. H-Series cuts solids, tubing, channels, angles, aircraft grade materials, as well as non-ferrous, stainless, and Hi-Temp alloys. This series is ideal for completing multiple slugging of parts, rounds, squares and structural material.

Vertical Tilt Frame Band Saws

These are heavy-duty, high-performance vertical tilt frame saws that have the flexibility for cutting two-way miters. The V Series is available in semi-automatic and automatic modes of operation with cutting capacities up to 30″ and bar feeds from 40” to 120”.

Vertical Contour Band Saws

These versatile machines are designed with the flexibility to cut tight radius sections or larger cut-off sections.

HYDMECH features the following VCS series, vertical contour band saws in our product line-up: VCS-18, VCS-24, VCS-36, and VCS-36HD.
The VCS models are manual vertical column contour band saws with variable frequency drive.

Throat ranges from 18″ – 36″, work heights from 12″ – 20″, 3 – 15 HP motor, and the ability to utilize blades from 1/18″ to 1″, the HYDMECH VCS Series machines are the ideal choice for all you vertical contour cutting needs.

Manual Pivot Arm Cold Saw

The P350 is a manual pivot arm cold saw ideal for use in small job shops. The P350 miters from 45° left to 45° right.

Featuring a 4 1/2″ round hollow capacity, 1.5/3 HP motor, and 14″ blade, the P350 is the ideal choice for quick, clean, accurate metal cutting.

Manual Vertical Cold Saw

The C350-2AV is a manual vertical column cold saw ideal for quick, clean, accurate metal cutting. This model miters from 60° left to 45° right and features 4 different blade speeds.

Featuring a 4 1/2″ round hollow capacity, 3 HP motor, and 14″ blade, the C350-2AV manual cold saw is the ideal choice for quick, clean metal cutting.

Semi-Automatic Vertical Column Cold Saw

The C350-2S is a semi-automatic vertical column cold saw ideal for light to medium duty metal cutting applications. The C350-2S miters from 60° left to 45° right.

Featuring a 4 1/2″ round hollow capacity, 3 Hp motor, and 14″ blade, the C350-2S is the ideal choice for quick, clean, and accurate metal cutting.

Automatic Vertical Column Cold Saw

The C350-2CNC is an automatic vertical column cold saw ideal for jobs requiring multiple lengths and quantities.

The C350-2CNC miters from 60° left to 45° right. Equipped with a 23″ single stroke, multi-indexing material feed system the C350-2CNC also features 4 different blade speeds.

Featuring a 4 1/2″ round hollow capacity, 3.5 Hp motor, and 14″ blade, the C350-2CNC automatic cold saw is the ideal choice for quick, clean, multi-length metal cutting.

Semi-Automatic Vertical Column Cold Saw

The C370-2SI is a semi-automatic vertical column cold saw with the largest capacity in our cold saw line up. The C370-2SI miters from 60° left to 45° right.

Featuring a 4 3/4″ round hollow capacity, 7.5 HP motor, and 14 1/2″ blade, the C370-2SI is the ideal choice for quick, clean, accurate metal cutting.

Automatic Vertical Column Cold Saw

The C370CNC is an automatic vertical column cold saw that miters from 60° left to 45° right.

The C370CNC has a standard 40″ single stroke, multi-indexing material feed system. Automatic operation with semi-automatic mode – MEP 40 Controller
