Ironworkers
The lines of Geka hydraulic ironworker machines are known for their precision, durability and versatility. They may be used in your manufacturing operations for the punching and shearing of profiles, angles, and flat bars. Our range of different lines and products, varying in punching power and size, means that there’s a Geka hydraulic ironworker machine for many different metalworking tasks.
Hydracrop Series
Any ironworker machine in the Hydracrop Series may be utilized by two operators at the same time. These machines feature five tonnage levels and five workstations for punching, notching, flat bar shearing, angle cutting and round and square bar shearing.
Each model comes in two versions: an S version and an SD version with a deeper throat for larger plate and sheet metal applications.
Optional equipment and punching profiles may also be used with the Hydracrop machines.
Bendicrop Series
The Geka Bendicrop Series of hydraulic machines consists of three models: the Bendicrop 50, a single-cylinder ironworker machine, and the Bendicrop 60 and 85, both of which are two-cylinder machines that have the capability of being operated by two users at the same time.The Bendicrop Series of machines come fitted with six workstations for different metalworking tasks: punching, notching, shearing flat bars, angle cutting, shearing round and square bars, and an integrated bending station. The permanent integrated bending station makes of these machines unique solutions in the ironworking market.The machines are also fitted with Geka’s own anti-torsion system that reduces deformation when shearing flat bars.
One Cylinder Hydraulic Ironworkers
Geka has three models available of hydraulic ironworkers with just one hydraulic cylinder: the Microcrop, Minicrop, and Multicrop models. The Microcrop ironworker machine features a small hydraulic cylinder and three workstations for punching, shearing flat bars, and for cutting angles. The Minicrop and Multicrop models have an additional fourth workstation for notching.The Multicrop has a further, specialized application for cutting angles at 45°. It has all the same features as the Minicrop model but includes an additional angle shearing section for cutting angles at 45°, leg in and leg out.
Hydraulic Punching Machines
If you are in the market for a portable punching machine or a punch press machine, Geka has two series of punching machines each featuring different models to suit different punching and manufacturing requirements. The Puma Series has five different models of reliable and durable punching machines, of varying punching powers, for any punching needs including die punching. Meanwhile, the PP Series offers two portable punching machines, both of which have punching powers of 55 US tons and are mounted on wheels for ease of displacement, each with specialized uses. The models in each of these two series are strong Ironworkers that may be fitted with a wide range of Geka accessories for every punching need.

CNC Punching and Shearing Lines
Geka’s CNC punching and shearing lines are high-performance, fully-automated, and tailor-made through our technical support service to suit the needs of our individual clients’ specific manufacturing CNC process. Our CNC solutions are useful for manufacturers of metal structures, with uses in telecommunications and construction, among other fields.
