2100 Series Tube Plasma Cutter

The 2100 Tube Plasma Cutter is a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine for round material. 
In one accurate and efficient process, this machine cuts, copes, and drills, consolidating multiple fabrication steps to save you time and labor. Ideal for handrail manufacturing, the 2100 processes up to 6″ diameter pipe/tube.

Angle Channel Processing Center (AC-PC)

The Angle Channel Processing Center is a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine that handles angle, c channel, and flat stock. 

EMI’s AC-PC combines fabrication steps into one continuous process, reducing direct labor and floor space requirements while increasing profitability. The AC-PC’s grip stroke is 20′ and the stock length can be over 40′. 

Manufacturing steel stair stringers is made fast and exact – this plasma cutter cuts, draws layout lines, and burns holes in one smooth operation. Simultaneously cut and burn holes for angle clips, as well as other features.

EL-SQRD Tube Plasma Cutter

The EL-SQRD is a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine that process round, square, rectangle, angle, channel, and flat stock. This machine is perfect for those looking for the advantages of the TPC 2100 Machine, but want to expand their material profile capabilities. 

The EL-SQRD handles material lengths up to 24ft.

2400 Series Tube Plasma Cutter

The 2400 Series TPC is a multi-profile, high production auto-loading CNC Plasma Cutting Machine. It processes round, square, rectangle, angle iron, C-channel, and flat stock. 

The 2444 handles: 

• round and square profiles up to 15lbs/ft by 24ft long
• open profiles from 0.5″-6″ up to 24ft long

The 2464 has structure and features that increase the weight capacity to 28lbs/ft but does not change the physical dimensions. Standard tooling handles up to 6″x6″. Specialty tooling will handle other sizes, i.e. 8’x3′. Critically the bearing ID is 220mm.
